This not only allows me to offer the time slot to another client but also helps me maintain an efficient schedule to serve you better. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Skipped and canceled sessions that have been prepaid will be credited to your next month’s invoice.
Cancellations made less than an hour before the scheduled meeting time will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service.
If you miss a scheduled session without communication and/or are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service.
I am open on most Holidays. If your session is scheduled for a holiday and you would like to skip or reschedule for later in the week, please notify me ahead of time.
I am sometimes called out of town for contract work and speaking engagements. When this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Any closures will also be communicated to you via text and/or email prior to the date.
Learn with Ms. M. is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 8:30 pm and on select weekends by request. The cadence of our meetings is completely up to you - I have openings weekly, two times a week, or every other week.
A la carte sessions for extra tutoring on top of prescheduled sessions are based on availability.
All virtual meetings are conducted via Zoom at a dedicated link, and the meeting times and dates are sent to you via Google Calendar invite. On the day of the meeting, you'll receive a text message from me confirming the appointment. If you don't receive a text and are unsure whether we will be meeting, please feel free to text me or reference your Google Calendar.
Billing is done in 15-minute increments, meaning our sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour-long, based on your preference. I bill monthly through QuickBooks.
Invoices are sent before the first of every month and include the dates of all scheduled sessions for the month. Throughout the month, we can add, cancel, or change sessions as needed.
Payment can be made in one lump sum at the beginning of the month, weekly, or prior to each session. You can make payments conveniently via Zelle or Venmo.
